We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and where possible we use a tracked courier service for all UK orders. If your postal code falls outside an area covered by our courier network, we will send your order by first class Royal Mail packet service.

If you require a next day delivery service, please select the UPS option as shown at the checkout.
UK Saturday Morning Delivery
It is possible for us to arrange for a Saturday morning delivery. The fee for this service is an additional shipping fee £4.50 for orders up to 2Kg in weight and £12.00 for all orders over 2Kg. Where your order is over £50.00 you would only be charged the additional Saturday morning delivery fee. International: Royal Airmail and Courier Service Options
For International orders shipping options will be displayed for your country and are based on the weight of your order. Smaller orders will be shown options for both Royal Mail Airmail and Courier Service, larger orders will only show a Courier option.
We are able to offer a fast tracked Courier service to your country; however Royal Mail Airmail service is not tracked and can take up to 10 days for delivery.
Do you ship to my country?
We do ship all over the world and hold shipping details for most countries, however if for any reason you cannot see shipping details at the checkout for your country, please get in touch with your order requirements by either e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +44(0)1505 800 797 and we will confirm your order along with the relevant shipping prices and options available for your country.
If we receive your order by 1400hrs GMT we will do our best to dispatch your order that day. Orders received after 1400hrs GMT may not be dispatched until the following working day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification confirming the method of shipment. Where your order is being shipped by Courier, you will receive separate tracking details directly from the courier.
Special Delivery or Safe Place Instructions
We appreciate that you may not be able to be in to receive your delivery. If you have any special instructions for the Post Man or Courier as to where they should leave your order, please get in touch by e-mail or phone to let us know of any special instructions and we will ensure these accompany your order.
