Availability and Delivery

The Process

As soon as we receive your order, you’ll receive an e-mail confirming the order you have just placed. If you don’t receive an e-mail or find the order confirmation does not match what you believed you ordered, or you have forgotten to add a gift message, or an item and want it included in your order, simply give us a call on +44(0)845 217 7545 and one of our team will help you.If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Dispatch – UK orders.

On receipt of payment for your order we will do our up most to dispatch your goods within 24hours. Your items will be packaged and if you’re based in the UK, we’ll send your order to you by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for a fixed rate of £2.95 unless you have selected a special delivery option, in which case the amount you will be charged for shipping will be shown on your order confirmation.

Dispatch – International orders.

On receipt of payment for your order we will do our up most to dispatch your goods within 24hours. Your items will be packaged and sent to you via the delivery option you have chosen as shown on your order confirmation. The posting charges will vary depending on the weight and size of your order.Please note we do not apply a handling charge - you are simply charged for the postage of your order.
