Jenier Mim TGFOP1 2nd Flush Darjeeling Tea
Mim is grown in the Darjeeling area of Northern India. At such high altitudes, the tea bushes grow slowly and so production is limited, and thus these teas attract a higher value. Plucked during June when the 2nd flush growing season is at its peak, this Mim tea offers excellent body with the classic muscatel flavour that tastes simply wonderful.

Of all the low to mid price range 2nd flush Darjeelings I've tried, this is the only one that I found tasted noticeably different. They basically are all lovely, but Mim is slightly brasher - that so-called 'muscatel', slightly astringent, dry Darjeeling taste is a bit more in your face and maybe a little less rounded than in, say, Margaret's Hope and others I've tried.
Which you prefer is down to personal preference, but I thought I'd note it. Interested to hear what others think as I'm sure taste is a very individual thing.
