Return Policy

To return an item within 30 days of purchase, simply indicate the reason for your return on your invoice, include it with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery postal or shipping service. If you do not have your invoice copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.

Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

We want you to be completely happy with any product you buy from us. We even let you think about it for up to 30 days. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, just follow our simple return policy to get a refund or exchange.

We will gladly refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Our guarantee covers teas too. If you do not like the flavour of a particular tea, you may return the opened pouch or caddy for a refund of what is left over. To avoid disappointment when buying a new tea, we recommend trying the tea first and supply sample sizes in each tea.
