Opening a Jenier World of Teas Trade Account
We appreciate that you may have questions or require samples before becoming a Jenier trade customer so we'd like to invite you to register with us at our dedicated trade website Jenier Wholesale or should you prefer, please get in touch with us by e-mail: info@jenierteas.com or by phone +44(0)1 505 800 797 and we'll be happy to help and answer any questions you may have.
Once you arrive at the wholesale website, at the top right hand corner of the page is a link to 'Sign In' which takes you to the registration page where you can complete simple registration process that involves completing your name and address details along with an e-mail and password that you'll use each time you log into your online trade account. Please note we do not share this information with any third party apart from our shipping courier when dispatching your order.
Once you've submitted your details, you'll receive 2 e-mails. The first e-mail is an automated e-mail confirming your registration and should arrive very quickly following the submission of your details. The second e-mail will confirm your trade account is now active and ready for you to login and access the online store.
We will always attempt to confirm the activation of your account as quickly as possible, however please allow 24hrs Monday - Friday and 48hrs should you register at a weekend.
