About the Quiz
To help our food service customers train their employees on tea, its history, how it gets its flavour, its variety and its importance we have developed a Tea Training Assessment quiz. Employees should peruse our Tea Resources pages, particularly Storing Tea, Preparing Tea, Making Tea and Tea and Food articles. Employees should also read the articles linked below, which are designed to complement the quiz. The quiz is not designed to help you serve tea but to add additional contextual knowledge about the history, nature and manufacturing of tea that will give you greater knowledge on the subject. The pass mark of the quiz is 30. The quiz can be sat as many times as necessary but should be completed in one sitting. Once the quiz is completed you will be presented with your results. For your convenience you should print or screenshot the results page for your records.
