Samples
We offer to ship up to 10 samples by Royal Mail Large Letter FREE of charge anywhere in the UK. You will see the option for free shipping appear at the checkout if the weight of your order can be sent by Royal Mail Large Letter 48hr Service. If no free option is shown, this means that the items in your cart are over the allowed weight by Royal Mail. You can still choose to use a courier Next Day service should you wish, but there would be a shipping fee as shown at the checkout.
Click & Collect
If you're a resident within 50 miles of our premises in Hillington, Glasgow, a no-charge option to Collect From Store will appear at the checkout. We will e- you when your order is ready for collection.
Which days do you deliver?
We're delighted to be able to offer Next Working Day delivery 6 days a week, or if your order is small, we also offer a slower Royal Mail Parcel 48 service. We can deliver on a Saturday using the Next Working Day service for a minimum additional price of £3.50. We use DPD tracked next-day courier service supported by DHL Domestic, Royal Mail Parcel, and Royal Mail Large Letter service depending on individual orders and locations.
UK Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
We don't operate a minimum order policy, but orders below £75 (net value) attract a carriage fee. If your order is over £75 and being delivered to a UK address, shipping is free. Shipping options are automatically displayed, or free shipping is offered at the checkout.
Mainland UK Shipping Rates
Samples: Buy up to 10 samples, and we'll ship FREE using Royal Mail Large Letter 48
Small Parcel: £3.95 + VAT Orders less than 2 kg (allowing for packaging) will have the option to ship with Royal Mail 48 shown at the checkout. This option will only appear at the checkout, where the order qualifies by weight.
DPD Next Day Delivery: £7.50 + VAT option available for all orders below £75.00 (see details below for Scottish Highlands and Islands).
Free Next-Day Delivery applies to all orders with a net value over £75.00
Saturday Delivery: Available at a minimum additional fee of £3.50 + VAT
UK Daily Cut-Off Times for Next Working Day Delivery
Generally speaking, if we receive your order before 1400 hours, we would expect to dispatch that day for next-working-day delivery. However, if you find that time has run away with you and it's after 1400 hours, give us a call to let us know you need your order for next day, as we will do our best to dispatch that day and do have alternative back up options that might just work for you, depending on how urgently you need your order. For large bulk orders, we sometimes need a longer lead time but would contact you directly to advise and discuss.
Signature or Safe Place?
We normally send out orders requesting a signature on delivery; however, we understand that for some of our customers, it's not convenient to have to stay in to sign for an order. If this is the case for you, simply let us know in the notes section of your order or call us directly, and if possible, let us know the 'safe place' you'd like our courier to leave your order. This could be a neighbour, a shed, porch, etc. just let us know and we'll pass this information on.
Saturday Delivery
We're really pleased to be able to offer Saturday delivery for all UK orders placed on a Friday before 2pm.
Tracking
DPD and DHL Domestic offer both e-mail and SMS text tracking. If we have these details from you, we will enter them into the courier's tracking system so you can receive real-time tracking information for your order. We also have our own internal tracking process to make sure we know you're order has been delivered to you. If we spot any delays or issues with your order, we'll be in touch with you as soon as possible to make sure you're aware and assist where needed.
Scottish Highlands & Islands
As shipping to these areas is generally a 2-day service, depending on the weight of your order, we will either use Royal Mail (up to 2 kg allowing for packaging) or DPD 2-day service. Some remote areas may require a longer delivery service than the 2-day service, but we can still offer free shipping on orders over £75 and a fixed carriage fee of £7.50 + VAT if you're order is less than £75 (net value).
Northern Ireland
We offer free (2-day) shipping on orders over £100 to Northern Ireland. If your order is below £100 and weighs less than 2 kg (allowing for packaging), we offer Royal Mail 48-hour service for £3.95 + VAT. If your order weighs over 2 kg but the value is below £100, we offer a fixed rate 2-day service with DPD at £11.50 + VAT, or a returned rate will show from DHL Express for you to compare.
Channel Islands
We offer free (2-day) shipping on orders over £180 to the Channel Islands. If your order is below £180 and weighs less than 2 kg (allowing for packaging), we offer Royal Mail 48-hour service for £3.95 + VAT. If your order weighs over 2 kg but the value is below £180, we offer a fixed rate 2-day service with DPD at £16.50 + VAT, or a returned rate will show from DHL Express for you to compare.
