UK Delivery

We're delighted to be able to offer next working day delivery, 6 days a week. We can deliver on a Saturday using the same next working day service as any other day for no extra cost. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hr service and have 2 collections a day to ensure your order get's on its way to you as soon as it's packed and ready to go. Whilst Royal Mail do not guarantee this tracked service for delivery next day, they aim to deliver within 24 hours.

UK Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

We don't operate a minimum order policy, but orders below £50 net value attract a carriage fee of £4.95 + VAT. If your order is over £50 and being delivered to a UK address, shipping is free. Charges are automatically applied or free shipping offered at the checkout.

UK Daily Cut Off Times for Next Working Day Delivery

Generally speaking if we receive your order before 1500hrs, we would expect to dispatch that day for next working day delivery. However, if you find that time has run away with you and it's after 1500hrs, give us a call to let us know you need your order for next day as we will do our best to dispatch that day and do have alternative back up options that might just work for you, depending on how urgently you need your order. For large bulk orders, we sometimes need a longer lead time but would contact you directly to advise and discuss.

Signature or Safe Place?

We normally send out trade orders requesting a signature on delivery, however we understand that for some of our customers it's not convenient to have to stay in to sign for an order. If this is the case for you, simply let us know in the notes section of your order or call us directly and if possible let us know the 'safe place' you'd like Royal Mail to leave your order. This could be a neighbour, a shed, porch etc. just let us know and we'll pass this information on to Royal Mail.

Saturday Delivery

We're really pleased to be able to offer Saturday delivery for all UK orders placed on a Friday. As mentioned above, whilst Royal Mail do not guarantee their Tracked 24hr service, they do aim to deliver within 24 hours and Saturday is classed as any other delivery day for them so most orders placed on a Friday will be with you on the Saturday. If you are new to your premises, please check with your local postal depot that there isn't a 'hold until Monday' noted for your address. We have had, on a few occasions, customers unaware that a previous occupant had requested their local post office to hold mail and deliveries on a Saturday as they were closed. Worth a check unless you know you receive mail on a Saturday - just in case!

Tracking

Royal Mail Tracked 24hr offer both e-mail and SMS text tracking. If we have these details from you we will enter them into the Royal Mail tracking system so you can receive real time tracking information for your order. We also have our own internal tracking process to make sure we know you're order has been delivered to you. If we spot any delays or any issues with your order we'll be in touch with you as soon as possible to make sure you're aware and assist where needed.

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands

If you're from these parts, you don't need us to tell you you're still part of the UK! Royal Mail Tracked services know this too and as such, there are no surcharges or additional costs for us to ship to you. It's exactly the same as any other postcode in the UK. Some remote areas may involve a longer delivery service than next day, but we can still offer free shipping on orders over £50 and the fixed carriage fee of £4.95 + VAT if you're order is less than £50 (net value).
